    Pick one, two, three or all four. The Super Admin switches on exactly what your office subscribes to, with its own limits and dates.

  2. Step 2: Get your website and domain

    You get a website on our address immediately. When you are ready, point your own domain at it and we handle the secure certificate.

  3. Step 3: Run it from web and mobile

    Your PA and team work in the web console and the mobile app, each person seeing only what their role allows.

Security and privacy

Built for the trust a public office carries.

Constituents share personal details and the office makes decisions in public life, so access, records and consent are part of the design from the start.

  • Every office is separate

    Each leader's data is isolated from every other office, enforced on the server and in the database.

  • Roles and permissions

    PA, staff, field workers, drivers and social managers each get only the access their role needs.

  • A full audit trail

    Decisions, assignments, status changes and published posts are recorded with who did what and when.

  • Citizen data is handled with care

    Minimum data is collected with consent, contact details are hidden from roles that do not need them, and access tokens never reach browsers or phones.

  • People stay in control

    Messages go out only after review, nothing is merged or assigned silently, and there is no political scoring of people or regions.

  • Modules you don't buy stay off

    A module that is not on your plan is hidden in the apps, on your website and blocked at the API.

Questions

Things leaders and PAs ask us first.

Do I need my own domain?

No. Every leader gets a website on our address straight away. When you want your own domain, you add one DNS record and we take care of the secure certificate. Use the www version of your domain as the main address.

Can I start with just one module?

Yes. You can subscribe to one, two, three or all four modules, and the Super Admin can change that later. A module that is off is hidden everywhere, and its data is kept if you switch it back on.

Complaints come in on my own website. How do they reach my dashboard?

Your domain is only an address. We recognise which leader a website belongs to and file every complaint under that leader's account, so it always appears on the right dashboard and on your PA's phone.

Which social networks are supported?

Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, X and YouTube. Each network has its own limits. For example, YouTube posts are videos, and Instagram does not let apps edit a caption after posting. The app shows what is possible for each account.

Can I go live on Instagram and X automatically?

Not at launch. Those networks give a stream key instead of an automation API, so you paste the key for each broadcast. YouTube and Facebook are automated.

Is there AI in the product?

Not yet. AI is planned for a later phase, such as suggested post descriptions, complaint triage and transcripts. It will only ever produce drafts for your team to review and approve.

Who uses the mobile app?

The leader, PA, drivers, representatives, field workers and broadcast operators. The app shows each person only the modules and screens their role allows.
